Comments Order Changed

As some of you may have noticed, the comments order on TLS have changed. After receiving many requests and complaints, we have switched the order of the comments. The first comments now appear on top and the later comments, below. Please note, the Simchas and Lost & Found sections have also been switched and the older content is on top as well.
