The Click It and Lick It program was founded by TLS 10 years ago in conjunction with the Lakewood Police Department.

The program became so wildly successful, that it was copied by otter police departments.

Your program may be 10 years old, however, I remember growing up as a child in my home – which is more than 10 years ago – we had a similar unofficial and unannounced program called, “Don’t Click it, And Get a Licking.” There was no ice cream involved in this unwritten and unannounced program, but the way it worked is
    as follows: Anyone in my home who did not wear a bicycle helmet, or who did not click their car seat belt, would get a licking.
