Child Airlifted To Hospital After Being Severely Burned

hatz airlift somerset[VIDEO] UPDATED: A child was airlifted to the Hospital this evening after being severely burned. The two year old child suffered severe burns when he reportedly grabbed a steaming cup of water off a table. Hatzolah Paramedics responding called for a Medevac, which landed at the nearby High School on Somerset Avenue.

The child was transported to the Saint Barnabas burn center, in stable condition. TLS-WM/TLS-00/TLS-89/TLS-CCP

UPDATE Monday: The child, TLS is told, is BH recovering.

    Oh, you caught my bluff! It’s called, “Protecting the privacy of the family”

  2. We should never have to use it but raw grated potatoes placed on a burn immediately after it happens and changed when necessary works miracles and saves trips to the emergency room. There are also wound healing gemachs in monsey, monroe, williamsburg and maybe other places that take care of burns. The raw grated potatoes should be held in place with saran wrap and has worked on a 2nd to 3rd degree burn. A follow up to one of these gemachs is recommended.
