CHEMED offering Moderna Vaccine to walk-ins this Monday through Thursday

CHEMED Health Center is offering the Moderna Vaccine this Monday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm by walk in – no appointment necessary – at their vaccine site, Woodlake Country Club, 25 New Hampshire Avenue, Lakewood, New Jersey 08701.

Please bring an ID and insurance card if available.

The vaccine is available to all residents of New Jersey aged 18 and over.
