The registration for the Lakewood Cheder boys school and Bais Faiga girls school, begins today. The registration-which is for siblings as well as for new families-will be taking place at the Gratter building, 100 Park Avenue. Both parents must meet with the principals as well as bring along your child’s birth certificate and immunization record. Also, if you have internet at home, you must bring along your Ishur.

Anyone know until when registration is open? Gotta get my internet shut down and Verizon won’t do it today 🙂 I thought Bais faiga opens registaration first Jan-Feb time when you already have answers from the other schools.

The registration was today for A-G. We love Bais faiga and miss Rabbi manes Dearly, however, things have moved on and the schools are running BH smoothly, pay for the most part is on time, and fundraising is moving full speed ahead.
Does anyone know how you go about getting an ishur on internet in the home? Who do I call…??
How do i get Ishur
You need to get an Ishur from Rabbi Forcheimer Shlita, or one of the other Rabbonim in Yeshiva. I believe some other Rabbonim in town are also authorized to give an Ishur.
Rabbi Forscheimer no longer issues ishurim nor has he for well over a year. Your community’s Rav in all liklihood can issue you an ishur, should you qualify.
I have an ishur saved as a pdf on my blackberry is that good enough?or do I need the original copy?
