Chavrusa of Yechiel Feingold Z”L: We lost a real special soul today

A Chavrusa of Yechiel Feingold Z”L, the Niftar in today’s accident, shared the following with TLS.

“Yechiel Finegold of Baltimore was learning in Yeshiva Nishmas Chaim in Lakewood, previously known as Bais Medrash L’torah (R’ Goldblatt’s Yishevah).

He’s well known at Howell barber shop and Mr. Clippers. Yechiel was a real Ben Torah that set aside his day for learning and chessed and was really liked by all with so many and had a heart of gold. He will truly be missed.

His talent on the guitar was truly unique as was his learning, and the impact he had on the Yeshiva in the bais medrish and just helping around the Yeshiva by making food for Shobbos and just being around. We lost a real special soul today.”

  1. In Behalf of Yechiel an warm person in Mr. Clipper. He did his job amazingly and will be never forgotten on his nishamla. I am sorry for terrible tradgey that happened today.

  2. My son Reuven learns at Yeshivas Nishmas Chaim, by R’ Bentzy Weinfeld on Sundays and other off days. He knew the niftar. Its true what the Chavrusa says. Yechiel was not just the average yeshuva guy. Although, in truth, all Yeshiva boys are holy. But there was something especially holy and pure about Yechiel. And everyone loved him. Everyone. And that’s not something you hear everyday.
    Plz post name for Mishnayos.

  3. I used to take haircuts at the Howell barbershop that’s where I got to know Yechiel. I just saw him on Wednesday he was the nicest sweetest guy. He was a perfectionist at giving haircuts he tried his best to make you feel happy , my most favorite time was after the haircut having the time smoozing with him. Such a normal mentch with a neshama so pure like gold. Your presence will be missed greatly buddy.
May his family have a Nechama
