Hoping to avoid a repeat from the last storm, Chaveirim is asking residents who care for the elderly, or seniors living on their own to ensure that important items such as medications, are picked up prior to the impending storm. During last storm, Chaveirim responded to dozens of such calls and are hoping to avoid such calls from occurring, as much as possible.

It’s also worth noting, that many groceries were sold out of bread and other staples shortly after the last storm began.

The storm is expected to begin this evening.
