10. They got me out. Called them was stuck in middle of a road and blocking cars. They came got me out and the guy was such a mench. I offered him money and he looked at me like im nuts, like why am i paying him. kudos

11. Why should I send them money? 3 weeks ago I had a flat tire and waited for over an hour!

    Maybe you dont know they take over 50 calls a day and 90%+ are taken care of within minutes,especially emergencys! Maybe ask them to teach you how to change a tire, so next time you get a flat nobody has to go a half hour out of their way for you.

    I’m a woman and I know how to change a tire in 10 minutes flat. Read the directions in you car’s owner’s manual 🙂

    They exist to help people that have no other resources (AAA, husband,friend,brother,etc.) to help them and for times of emergency.
    Unfortunately there are many that abuse the system and that’s why they are so busy. And to have the chutzpah to complain that it took an hour for them to change your tire is outrageous.

21. unfortunately they might be to busy even to teach you how to change a tire because they have so many calls to attend too.
