CHASDEI HASHEM: Cheder Rebbe Returns to School after Cardiac Arrest (VIDEO)

Rabbi brandwein returns to chederVIDEO: In what is a clear Neis, a Lakewood Cheder Rebbe who went into Cardiac Arrest last month, returned to the Cheder on Friday to see his class.

Reb Yitzchok Reuvain ben Rochel Fraida Brandwein, a long-time Mechanech, went into Cardiac Arrest approximately three weeks ago after suddenly collapsing at his home.

brandwein 2Reb Yitzchok was reportedly shocked by Paramedics several times before being transported to the hospital in critical condition.

Miraculously, about three days later, Reb Yitzchok emerged from a Coma, and began speaking.

brandwein 3On Friday, the Cheder Rebbe returned to the Cheder, where he handed out chocolates to the children, and danced with them around the classroom, along with several other Rebbeim and staff members.

“The Rebbeim were in tears,” a staff member watching the emotional reunion told TLS.

The Rebbe is still expected to remain home for the next several weeks as he continues to recover.

  1. There are many powerful lessons that can be learnt from such an amazing good piece of news. May HKBH give this special and devoted rebbe many many more years of good health to be able to continue his avodas hakodesh.

  2. Wow it’s a nais ( a miracle) , he’s a very big yeechus , both of his parents shtam from the biggest Rebbe’s, Hashem helps everyone, especially such yichus.

  3. Great news! Not necessarily a miracle though. We only know part of the story. Let’s accept the good news and move on without making declarations.

  4. Comment 7 is mean-spirited and totally uncalled for in this forum. It is insensitive and inconsiderate and I cannot believe that the Scoop and Yeshiva world saw fit to publish it. We give credit to the Aibeshter a number of times a day for the miraculous functioning of our bodies. Human existence is an hour-by-hour neis!

  5. What a beautiful story. May Reb Brandwein have a complete Refuoh Sheleimoh. Any relation with Rav Aaron Yankel Brandwein from Boro Park who was niftar a while ago ?
