1. how about outsourcing the trash pick up it would be cheaper and we might even get our garbage picked up twice a week!
   The public works location ended up costing the township millioons plus all the maintanance of trucks pensions etc….

2. How about outsourcing the Board of Ed. That would save the taxpayers millions. It would be cheaper, it would save on pensions, etc. It would also save millions on Catapult.

3. Please! What a phony. What did you do for the 12 years that you were there? NOTHING! Not ONCE did you cut spending anywhere. This is the first year in who knows how long that the Township has cut spending. Your own manager, Mr. Edwards, acknowledged that fact during a meeting when the cuts to the inspection department were announced. Not only that, let everyone be informed, the only reason we have a CEDARBRIDGE in this town is because of Mr. Cunliffe.

7. outsourcing the public works trash pick up would help this town. many area towns do not pick up trash, it’s up to the homeowner to take it to a dump. somehow I don’t see everyone in this town loading up the cars and driving their garbage to dump themselves. as easy as garbage day many homes don’t put it out properly now!
   as far as outsourcing the inspection department who would want to deal with the building in this town. it would be hard to believe that money would be saved.

    I don’t see how outsourcing the Public Works Dept. at this point makes any sense.. Perhaps you should have thought of this idea a few years ago – before they expended double-digit millions in the state-of-the-art system Lakewood now owns..

    Unless you know someone willing to buy the PW complex from us at the same price we paid to build it and then on top of that also promise to deliver significant annual savings.. your idea remains trashy!!

He is too busy making sure his daughter has her job. Lakewood Building Department is much needed, how else will LPD pay for all the cars Mr. Cunliffe’s daughter has damaged.
