PHOTOS: Pictured, is the basement of a home in Lakewood getting ready for Chanukah. Not your typical preparation of the Menorah and candles, but preparing to distribute thousands of free toys at their annual Chai Lifeline Chanukah party. Each Chanukah, Chai Lifeline of Lakewood hosts a massiveChanukah party at the Yeshivah Ketana school, where hundreds of Chai Lifeline families bring their children for a Chanukah party which features a concert, food and thousands of free wrapped toys for the children and their families.
This year, hundreds of the toys came from Chris and Jody Fields (featured hereon TLS earlier this week), who made it their mission to collect toys for the sick children, following the passing of their 15 month old Ella A’H.
