Chai Lifeline Kicks Off Dinner Campaign 2019 with Parlor Meeting in Raintree

With the annual Chai Lifeline reception less than two months away, Lakewood is gearing up to unite in support of the hundreds of local families who rely on Chai Lifeline as they struggle with illness.

A huge crowd gathered in Raintree at the home of R’ Yitzchok Goldberger this past Thursday night to launch the campaign for the dinner, which will take place on Wednesday, July 24 at Bais Faiga. R’ Yitzchok addressed the crowd, expressing how moved he was by the countless stories he personally heard, in which Chai Lifeline went above and beyond for families no matter how complex the situation or request. The crowd also heard from Rabbi Sruly Fried MSW, NJ Regional Director, who emphasized that Chai Lifeline is determined to enable families to experience moments of joy, even in the darkest times of life.

Additional parlor meetings will take place over the coming weeks in Cedarwood Hills, Harvard area, Jackson, Toms River and Westgate. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear firsthand how crucial Chai Lifeline’s assistance is to families in crisis.

Please join the Lakewood community in supporting Chai Lifeline’s essential services for families struggling with illness. For more information please call 732-719-1768 or email [email protected].
