The NJSP and local officials are warning drivers this morning to use extra caution on the roads due to the extreme icy road conditions.

TLS has received reports of multiple accidents on the Garden State Parkway this morning, many vehicles spinning around due to the ice.

In Lakewood, roads and sidewalks are covered in ice as well. There have been several pedestrians injured from slipping and falling.

The Outerbridge Crossing, Goathels Bridge and Bayonne Bridge have been shut due to the severe icy conditions.
