A Toms River resident’s surveillance video caught the moment a suspect ran through his fence – in what he says is apparently part of a new lawless “challenge”.
The incident happened around 6:30 PM this evening.
“Now I have to pay for a new fence,” the homeowner told TLS.
Anyone with information about the incident, or similar, is asked to call the TRPD.
this could be considered theft over $201 value and or 4th degree feolny facing upto 18 months in prison .
if more than $500 the charge will be a 3rd degree sposing the defendent upo to 5 years in prison pluse fines, penalities and restittution.
the fun stops when it involves burglary, theft and threatning the safety of the neighboorhood and the inhabitants.
Stop being so dramatic. You hardly need a “new fence”.
