VIDEO: A driver escaped serious injury after his vehicle jumped the curb and landed partially in a pond. The accident occurred on Cedarbridge Avenue near Airport Road when the driver reportedly swerved to avoid another vehicle, sending his car off the roadway and down an embankment.
The driver climbed out uninjured.
No other vehicles were involved, and no summonses were issued. TLS-00/TLS-CCP.

the pond where the father and son drowned is over by oberlin. and there was a summons issued for careless driving.
