Business Writing Seminar for Men Starting This Monday—June 23rd

nl[ADVERTORIAL] “I keep my emails as short as possible.”  “I have no idea when it comes to punctuation—commas, apostrophes, semicolons—I’m clueless!” “I can express myself in person confidently, but when it comes to writing, I am lost.”

“I rely on my wife to help me with my writing—I just wish she was always available when I need her.”

“They never taught me this stuff in Yeshiva.”

“The job description said ‘you must be able to communicate well in writing’—I didn’t even apply.”

If you can relate to any of the statements above, then Nachum Lemberg’s Business Writing Seminar may very well be for you.  Targeted toward yeshiva men who are lacking training in written communication, this seminar will begin to equip you with the knowledge and the tools necessary to help you write confidently and professionally.

Geared toward the beginning and intermediate level writer, the course will cover such topics as:

● Updating and improving your writing style for more effective and persuasive emails, memos, letters and reports

● Structuring your documents to compel an immediate response

● Creating reader-friendly layouts to highlight important information

● Crafting sentences that get and hold your readers’ attention

● Eliminating mistakes in grammar, spelling and punctuation

“With one mistake you are human, with two mistakes you are suspect; but by three mistakes you have marred your professional image,” says Mr. Lemberg.

One of the highlights of the course is its presentation of model emails and business letters that are taken through multiple revisions—starting out as average and ineffective and brought up to a standard of polished and professional. Participants can see for themselves the difference between inadequate and effective writing.

In the words of two former students of this course:

“When I finally reached Mr. H.P., I gave my two minute introductory shpiel and asked for an in-person meeting. He replied: ‘Send me an email explaining what you do and why I should meet you.’ I sat on that email – frozen in fear – for two weeks until I took Mr. Lemberg’s first lesson on the principals of effective writing. The next morning I sent the email. After lunch, I had my response: ‘Meet me Tuesday, 10 am, in my office.’”

“Before I took this course, emails I sent to clients and others were constantly ignored. I never saw responses from any of my emails. Now, they are answered instantly, or, at the least, within the day.”

Mr. Lemberg has become a household name in Lakewood, revolutionizing the education for our men and boys. Noted for his courses preparing mesivta boys to take their GEDs; his professional writing classes delivered in colleges, in PCS and in various businesses throughout town; and his one-on-one mentoring sessions training men and bochurim in crucial writing and math skills, Nachum Lemberg is now accepting registration for his acclaimed business writing class for men.

Enrollment is limited and the class starts this coming Monday, June 23rd.  So call today: 732-370-7148.

  1. Amazing course and so important for anyone looking for a job. This is even more important today when most communication takes place via email and text.
