VIDEO: The 5th Street building left completely destroyed as a result of a massive fire late last night, was demolished this afternoon. While being torn down, CIU investigators were on hand to photograph parts of the structure including the electrical panel andother parts of the building where they believe the fire may have started.
The building was home to Classy Cleaners as well as Just Four Wheels car leasing.
The car leasing company temporarily moved their business to the LCSW Mobile Command Center parked at the Sovereign Bank lot.
The cleaners had thousands of items at the store at the time, including wedding items and gowns for a wedding next week.
The stubborn fire took several hours to bring under control, as earlier reported. TLS-60/TLS-16/TLS-CCP.

Any info on how we can make an insurance claim for our lost clothing?
kudos to LCSW for stepping up to the plate with thier mobile command center to assist a local business keep afloat during this harrowing ordeal.
you probably will get a standard basic (low) reimbursment from the cleaners. Read limits of liability on the back of the ticket. The rest can possibly be claimed from YOUR OWN renters or homeowners policy.
Next week already starts the 3 weeks so wedding must be on sunday or monday night
I also lost clothing there, but in the video when they are demolishing the place it seems like there are a lot of shirts there not burnt at all. I wonder why they didnt try to take the stuff out before demolishing the building.
The smoke damage To the clothing renders it a complete loss.
the plastic around the suits and shirts totally melted to the clothing from the heat not to mention the smokey smell that will never come out. (Then again, if you’re a heavy smoker it ain’t that bad 😉
I hope classy cleaners opens up very soon they are by far the cheapest cleaners in town and such nice people!!!
any store offering discounts to ppl who need to replace their shirts and pant bu cant afford to?
here are some good people that just got burned out,, and there are people upsat over a couple of shirts
How long after the fire is is OK to ask about compensation for the lost clothes?
A fellow Jew lost his business and now people worry about are a few lost shirts. What’s the matter with you people? Go to Wal-Mart and buy some new ones.
