A homeowner found himself locked out of his home – by burglars. Police say at about 9:30 p.m. on Thursday evening, a Pinehurst Drive resident reported that his apartment was burglarized while walking his wife to her car.

“When the victim arrived back at his apartment, he discovered that the door was now locked,” Dsgt. Greg Staffordsmith says. “He then forced his way into his home and upon entering observed four unidentified teenage male suspects running out the rear sliding door.

The burglars reportedly made off with several hundreds dollars in cash, and other items.
