[COMMUNICATED] Multiple neighborhoods in Lakewood are seeing the rates of home break-ins and property theft drop dramatically after they hired a local private security firm to patrol their areas on Friday nights.

Y&R Security, which currently services six Lakewood neighborhoods, provides patrol cars and trained individuals to seek out trouble and ensure the safety of the services neighborhood’s residents.

Since its inception, Y&R Security officers have followed and sent away numerous suspicious individuals, thereby preventing break-ins and property theft before they could occur, assisted families in obtaining needed medicines, escorted residents to areas they needed to go on dark Friday nights, searched for missing children, and have assisted the services neighborhoods as shabbos goyim, as well.

Statistics gathered by Y&R Security have shown a marked decrease in malicious activities on Friday nights in the neighborhoods it services, with thefts and break-ins practically nonexistent.

Fees are also minimal, with the firm charging just $25 a month for its full array of Friday night security services – which begin shortly after the arrival of Shabbos, through Shabbos morning.
