  1. I just can’t wait for the article this weekend from the Police that it was ‘NFE’
As if its ok and not a security problem if some illegals get into someones home and crack their safe open at the direction of their friend who cleans there.
This should be a wake-up call at least nobody was bound and gagged.

  2. Whoever continues to horde cash and valuables in large amounts iin their home is fully responsible for this as it only attracts thieves-it’s that simple! I have been saying this for years now that this time ain’t the first, second, or third time and IT WON’T BE THE LAST!

Similarly, the accidents that happen especially at night here in Lakewood are caused to a large extent by terrible lighting and speeding drivers, and until that combination changes Hatzolah and LFA will unfortunately remain busy.

  3. Once again, why do people keep that kind of cash and valuables in their houses, use a bank safe deposit box!!! When was the last time you heard about one of those getting robbed?

  4. I think that you critics are missing the point. It is obvious (I am familiar with the case) that these burglars knew about the safe and went straight for it. This is certainly an inside job. The lesson to learn is not to allow outsiders such as cleaning help that frequent your house to know about your hidden treasures. Don’t leave them alone thereby giving them time to explore. Some have friends that will more than happy to do what happened yesterday. This is all besides the halachic problems of leaving goyim unsupervised in your house with your food and dishes.

  5. why are we always blaming the victim? did they know or expect to get robbed? they had a safe! why are they to blame for intruders coming into their home and taking things that don’t belong to them! the victims are just that- VICTIMS. put the crooks behind bars and stop hiring illegals to case out your house.

  6. Who says the lesson is not to keep your jewlery at home, maybe the lesson is not to make so much money and spend your time learning Torah which no one can take from you.
