On April 22nd Officer Robert Meyer responded to “Ok 2 Vape” located at 1880 West Countyline Rd in reference to a burglary that had occurred overnight, police say.
Upon arriving to open for business, the owner reported that the front window of the store was shattered by a large rock.
Further investigation revealed that an unidentified suspect smashed the window just before midnight. Once inside, the suspect took an undetermined amount of electronic cigarettes and accessories before fleeing on foot.

These burglaries are an epidemic! If you remember a few years ago when this all started the police all blamed it on the fact that doors are open & windows aren’t locked & everything is “no forced entry” etc etc. Well now that we all lock our doors & windows they’re actually breaking in. & now the police have no excuses not to tackle this problem once & for all.
