Brush fire comes close to Route 88 homes

nj state forest fire svc brush fire 4-19-15State Forest Fire units on Friday night battled a brush fire on Route 88, residents report to TLS.

The fire started in the area behind Aspen Court around 5 PM.

Residents say the fire came within 100 feet of the Lakeview development homes.

The fire was knocked down by about 6:30 PM.
