Emergency crews are on the scene of a serious accident in Lakewood this evening, which left a vehicle in two pieces.
The single-vehicle accident – first reported on TLS Communities – happened around 11:00 PM on New Hampshire Avenue near Woodlake Manor Drive, when an apparently-speeding vehicle went off the road and crashed into a tree.
The impact split the vehicle into two, and left much debris.
Two people needed to be extricated from the vehicle.
Two patients were transported with paramedics to Jersey Shore University Medical Center.

‘Vehicle splits in two’ is a more accurate description…. ‘in half’ would suggest the car was equally split into two, which doesn’t seem like is the case – at least not from the pictures..

This is a stark reminder about the careless driving in town, it takes a horrific accident to force drivers to slow down and not be in such a hurry.
I would say in this case its reckless driving , see careless driving every day ,sadly it wont stop !
