Let us not forget that we also need to daven to Hashem and ask Hashem to help President Trump succeed in this difficult issue of making sure that the hostages get returned alive as soon as possible.

He knows that a hostage deal is expected to happen soon, so he wants to take credit even though it’s happening under Biden.
Does anyone credit Carter with the return of hostages from Iran before the Reagan inaguration? Nobody does. Because everyone understand that after the election the sitting president is a lame duck. And the credit is due to the incoming administration.
There’s no rule. You look at who is actually responsible in the particular situation and credit them. In this case, it’s clear that neither Biden nor Trump have anything to do with it. There is a chance for a hostage deal because Hezbollah has been taken care of, Iran has been deterred, and Sinwar is dead. Nothing to do with the current or incoming president (except as much as they were helpful in getting those objectives achieved).
You cant really compare the Iran situation with this one, Reagan asked the Iranians to wait until after the election to rig the deck against Carter.

Because obviously Hashem has a plan, and right now it looks like He wants the yeshua to come through President Trump for His reasons that we have no understanding of.

Do you remember President Jimmy Carter ימח שמו . Iran held 66 US Hostages for about 2 years and the day Reagan was sworn in and Carter left office all of the Hostages were released.
Carter was the same weak democrat as Biden: during Carter we had the worst inflation in history, tremendous unemployment, wars broke out everywhere, Arab oil embargo, motorists waited on line for 12 hours to fill up with gasoline etc. Biden is another Carter , but Carter was much younger but as dumb as Biden. Biden is a nicer man than Carter but even a worse president.

We don’t make demands of Hashem. We don’t yell NOW, like spoiled children. We daven, and ask, and watch, and listen carefully, for the response. And if necessary, we WAIT patiently, praying fervently.
