(Video in extended article) BREAKING NEWS (Updated):Multiple police officers are currently operating at the scene of a murder near the entrance to Woodlake Manor on New Hampshire Avenue. PD responded to the call to find a Spanish male dead with a bullet wound to the head, in what appears to be an attempted robbery. Medics arrived moments ago to make the pronouncement. As we post this, CIU units have just arrived on scene. Police have closed off New Hampshire Avenue from Woodlake Manor until CVS pharmacy. Video of the scene will be posted shortly.
U/D 9:05 a.m. According to reports in the AP, there was a second victim who was critically wounded in the attack as well. Additionally, the man’s voice heard in the video, who’s last name is Garcia, is believed to be the father of the deceased. TLS spoke with him at the scene, who after hearing about the large police presence, called his son’s cell phone which went unanswered. He said his son went out with a friend and didn’t return.

You are forgeting a. Few things
10000 phone bok househoulds. + 10000 spouse + 16000 ELEMENTRY school children + 6000 yeshiva bochrim + about 18000 preschool and infants. Basically you have to assume that the average jewish houshold has a spouse and 3.5 – 4 kids plus some bochrim gets you to about 60000 out of about 80000-90000 legal residents in lakewood.
Why, why, why, are these criminals here, they should be locked away and whoever is harboring them chased out. We need to be safe in our city; these criminal elements are making it difficult.

It is a jungle out there. For all of us who liked being here for the peace, serenity, safety & open space that was difficult to find in New York….it’s over my friends. This is just the beginning I am afraid. What the answer to all of this is, I do not know.
