BREAKING: Lawsuit Against Bais Yaakov of Jackson School Campus (Bais Faiga) Dismissed

A lawsuit Against Bais Yaakov of Jackson (Bais Faiga) has been dismissed with prejudice, TLS has learned.

The lawsuit, which attempted to stop the construction of the school, was fully dismissed.

The planning board in Jackson approved the application for the Bais Yaakov of Jackson school campus in March of last year.

Under the auspices of the Lakewood Cheder, the campus is planning to construct three buildings on the campus. All buildings would be for girls schools, one for an elementary school and two for a high school.

Most of the Planning Board members who voted for it at the time stated that though they had some concerns, they voted to approve it because it was a complying application.

As earlier reported, the Lakewood Cheder also purchased another property in Jackson, on which they are planning to build school buildings for boys.
