BREAKING: Jackson Zoning Board Chairman Scott Najarian Suddenly Resigns

Jackson Zoning Board Chairman Scott Najarian has suddenly resigned today, TLS has learned.

Najarian served in the board for several years, and announced today he was resigning.

“It comes as a shock to me,” a high-ranking Township official told TLS. “I had no idea.”

A reason for his departure was not given, so there is speculation he may be leaving due to issues that have plagued the seven-member board for some time.

Board member and Vice Chairman Lynn Bradley could potentially be named as his replacement as Chairman, while member Joe Ricardi is expected to be named as Vice Chairman.

A replacement for the seat will be happening soon.
