Might not pass the Senate.
I am glad that this will not pass the Senate. Any wife that had a child would be considered having a pre-existing condition and will be able to be dropped from an insurance plan even if you have employer based insurance plan. It also completely reduces money for Medicaid for children. This is a disaster of a bill.

Chris Smith has promised many times to repeal Obamacare. In fact he boasted about voting to repeal Obamacare back when it was meaningless because Obama was President. Term Limits? I say yes!
