@yanky, how little you understand about politics. The lack of recognition of the obvious, led the world to deny our position of GD given sovereignty of Jerusalem. This recognition couldn’t be more significant for us, especially given Obama’s treachery with the UN reoluttion.
@TorahTruth, what do you think will be different now? Will the world suddenly accept Israel? Will antisemitism dissapear?
If the Arabs dont recognize the state of Isreal , how can there be a capital at all. By default wouldn’t this mean they are recognizing the state of Israel?
This lowers their expectations significantly and puts them on notice that they better do something towards peace or they’ll get no deal at all
Ha peace!! Ask the arabs what the definition of peace and that’s the annihilation of anyone not like them!
@rabbi, no the world won’t accept Israel and no, anti-semitism will not go away. However, it puts Israel in a stronger position when negotiating, and that’s what this is all about.
