Too many fires. Suspicious? Hard to trace without surveillance cameras. Even if intentional, suspects likely masked, maybe vehicle info.
why only 2 fire trucks?
There were a lot more that you did not see in the clip. There were three ladders trucks and multiple engines there.

Ocean county really recycles. Many out of town cities fake it: they fine residents for not recycling & than they take all the recycling garbage and dump it in with the regular garbage thus they don’t recycle at all. ( retired out of state public works employees told me)
It’s not cost effective to recycle. Many of the recycling plants, no longer bother recycling. They charge the money and just toss the trash.
