BREAKING: Fire Breaks out in Lakewood Home; Two Pets Dead

A fire ripped through a Lakewood home early this morning.

As first reported on TLS Status, the fire at the Dorchester Road home broke out approximately 2:30 AM.

The homeowners made it out safely, and the fire was brought under control a short time later.

Two cats perished in the fire, and one cat survived, officials tell TLS.

The cause of the fire is being investigated.
