Charlie Kirk, a young and popular conservative media personality and co-founder of Turning Point USA, has died after being shot at an event in Utah this afternoon.
The shooter reportedly fired the single shot from approximately 200 yards away.
No suspect is in custody at this time, the university who hosted the event stated.
Kirk, a strong supporter of President Trump, was 31 and a father of two.

Sorry, but not true. I double checked, and President Trump (who I think is a “credible” source) had already announced Charlie Kirk’s death on Truth Social before Avi’s post. Obviously, Ari was not alert to the latest news and so posted incorrectly. His conclusion: “do better”, was therefore inappropriate.

Time will tell, but I would not be surprised if the shooter in this case is a trained pro with deep state connections and with “fake” US marshal conceal carry. So, he would have that gun even in the most strictly enforced gun free zone.

Both as a frum Jew and patriotic American, I am shocked and deeply saddened by his murder. Idk why Israel would be relevant to this. He was fighting for the US, moral values and open debate. He died a martyr for the country.

This was done by highly trained and talented sniper – one shot from 200+ yards. Most likely former special forces. High power rifle and perfectly tune scope like that can’t be bought over the counter in Walmart! People behind this political assassination don’t follow laws. Actually, an intermediate shooter with a rifle can easily hit a man sized target from 200 yards
A child with an hours training could make that shot with a 30 odd 6 and iron sights. Stop watching fauda.

Remember CK got hit in an artery in the neck, the narrowest part of the body. This shooter knew that there is no reason to follow up with second round!
Intermediate shooter would have shot a second and third round because he did not hit the head.

Very sad news, and even sadder to know that his children will grow up without their father, and his wife without her husband. And the tragic video is online for them to potentially see one day in the future. So very sad.
