Its actually now called Ateres Reva, not Toras Aron Hall.
I was at the dinner. It was the most amazing and well run Yeshiva dinner I have ever attended. Started on time. ended on schedule. Choir was fantastic. speeches were on target. food was great. I am proud to be a Yishrei Lev parent!
They actually performed on Monday Night, not on Motzei Shabbas.
I takeh saw they renamed it ateres riva.
It was this past Monday night not motzie shabbos.
This Yeshiva will prove to be the prime example of how a moisad for children should be run. The dinner was enjoyable and very well attended. I was particularly impressed that this Yeshiva did not feel the peer pressure of needing a “loaded” dais table !
I was at the dinner and thought the whole event was superb. The choir was great especially the Yishrei Lev song. Its been a long while since I have heard a true Yiddish nigun, and the composer, for me, is more talented than most of today’s ‘jewish’ composers!!
I wish the Yeshiva only Hatzlocho!!!
I enjoyed listening to the YIshrei Lev choir singing so much, and especially loved hearing and watching my grandson there even though I couldn’t attend. Their neshamos are so pure. It was a pleasure to look at them. Thank you so much for posting it. All the family is enjoying it! May HaShem bless all of k’lal YIsrael with such nachas.
TLS, Can you post pictures of the dinner as well, please.
I thought the entire dinner campaign of Yeshiva Yishrei Lev, honoring and profiling each of their Rebbeim was the most interesting and smart campaign I have ever seen in this town. Anybody know who does their marketing?
I applied my son there for next year. I hope I get in.
The Rabbeim @ Yishrei Lev are OUTSTANDING!
Enough Said.
They have the best rebbeim in town!
Rabbi Mayer Oratz, the 8th grade Rebbi in Yishrei Lev is the best 8th grade rebbi in lakewood, and perhaps anywhere. He saved our son, and many other boys. He has a spark about him, a talent unmatched.
The other rebbeim are awesome too.
The whole yeshiva feels like a great (and growing) family. They are very organized and professional and Reb Osher is a true mechanech who really understands children. My son in thriving in that wonderful environment. I really enjoyed the dinner.
Great moisad
Is it hard to get in to this yeshiva?
Loved the dinner, loved the choir, love the school, love that my son appreciates the things that matter.
All yeshivos in Lakewood should take a page from the book of Yeshiva Yishrei Lev and learn how a school should be run, how a dinner should be run, how to treat people with decency and how to develop Bei Torah without at the same time dishonoring the Torah.
Kal Hakavod!
