“On behalf of the Board of Education I would like to thank Mr. Tift for his dedicated years of service to the Lakewood Board of Education,” Board President Isaac Zlatkin said today.
Trift, who served on the Board for the past three years, served at his last meeting last night.
“Mr. Tift has devoted countless hours of time away from his family for the betterment of the school district,” Zlatkin says. “He has served as a member of the buildings and grounds committee and currently as Board Vice President. Mr. Tift’s volunteer efforts are greatly appreciated and we hope he continues to stay actively involved in the Lakewood community.”
The new members will be sworn in in January.
