  1. In reality all the members should resign. Since the State monitor is here , they have absolutely no power .The monitor overrides and vetoes everything they want to do .

  2. Zechariyah was the most level headed BOE member, how will we survive without him? The tzibur needs him! Thanks for your time and energy

  3. Zack your askanus will be greatly missed, may Hashem continue to shower upon you and your family, Gezunt, Parnasah, Nachas and everything you wish for.

You are prime example of “oisek btzorchei tzibur bemunah”

  4. R’ Zecharia was a true shaliach for
The children of Lakewood during his time in the BOE. May he have continued hatzlacha in all of his future endeavors!

  5. The reason the monitor is here is because there is not enough money . That is not because of the Board members . There is not enough money because of the flawed State formula . The Board expenses for MANDATED services are growing much faster than the 2 % State Cap . This is not due to anything done by any Board Members . In a short period of time , even the Monitor will realize that he wont have enough money to pay the teachers without a change in the formula . Who will you blame then ?

  6. The state monitor is here since the last board passed the budget with a 4 million deficit and by law when the state has to pick up the shortfall they put in a state monitor

  7. Really sorry to see Zachariah go. Solid stuff. Thanks for all your hard work for our kids. Would love to see his brother Bin take his place. We need a guy with a good head on his shoulders over there.

  8. Why is their no accountability? Who on the administration was responsible for signing off of the 2 million dollars that was misappropriated from state funds?? Where did it go? Please appoint someone who cares. I like seitler too!!

  9. Bring back the guys from the old school. Grunhut, Heineman, Inzelkbuch Everything was under control by them . Stiras zekeinim binian!

  10. It is interesting that we complain about the latino population in this country and how we want them to speak English. What has happened here. When you read some of the comment unless you are understand the Hebrew language its foreign. What happened to plain old English. After all we are in America.
