SO NOW WE START A NEW TT
In fact the request for proposals was issued to rent space. ANY school with the proper facilities can hand in a proposal to rent space to the District.
This is going ot be another fiasco like the Linden location unless the board hires tt director and teachers as they said they would
Sounds great, but who’s going to be running this program?
I’m a former TT parent and have a 4 year old that I signed up for this program. I was told that the BOE would hire the amazing teachers and phenomenal program director from Tiny Tots – Can you confirm this so that we can be confident it will be successful?
It’s such a bracha that right after Y”K the decisions were made to go through with this. With siyata d’shmaya they should have the chachma to get the right people to run this.
So is this the grand finale – the BOE is going to be able to pull off the program in tt building with the tt staff and the 4 yr olds get free tuition and everything? If this is true it seems to have worked out for the best and i’m waiting for my tax refund.
This is only going to correct all the problems caused but shutting down TT and leaving the parents stranded if the board can figure out how to run it like TT did in a smooth, efficient, professional manner wiht caring teachers.
With the lkwd PS’s history of failing schools and programs I wonder how they’re going to pull this off – our children’s education is at stake – not a small thing to play with!!
I am happy that the boe is trying to fix the mess they made, however the only way the parents of the inclusion and regular children will trust a new program is if they have a director thats experienced in running a preschool program in our community.
#1 do u think reg ed kids will go.. to #1 its needed thats why and yes we also pay taxes alot too…
(You get what you pay for…)
so where’s the new location?
Will this program accept 3 year old children as well?
what is reg ed kids???
what does regular children mean? that any kid can go there and get free everything? or is it for regular kids who need therapy.
