Mcain was a friend of the Jews and for that we owe him a debt of gratitude however, I am not sure why he was considered an American hero. He did accomplish a lot but he also walked out on his wife and daughter (the ones who were there for him, prayed for him and were loyal to him during all his years as a POW).
Oh so you think that if someone is a hero that means they are perfect human beings?!? A hero never sins or commits any mistake?? What are you talking about??? The guy sat in prison for his country, underwent brutal torture in prison, chose to stay in captivity so that his fellow comrades can get out before him and that’s not enough for you?
Totally agree with you. We all make mistakes. As far as his first wife, It takes two. His life changed totally after five and a half years (2 in solitary confinement). Can’t imagine what he and his comrades went through. He is a hero.
