Bikur Cholim Unveils New State Of The Art Van Donated By Anonymous Donor

PHOTOS: At a volunteers appreciation Melave Malka last night, Bikur Cholim unveiled a brand new van to service the handicapped. The van, a built by a new company specializing in handicap vehicles, was donated to the Volunteer organization by an anonymour donor.

Unlike other vehicles for the handicapped, a Bikur Cholim volunteer explained, this van seats the passenger in the front passenger seat, and not in the back of the van, making the handicapped passenger feel like a regular passenger.

The van was unveiled after a Melave Malka held at the Bais Pinchos hall, which was attended by approximately 150 volunteers.

Addressing the event, was Rabbi Avrohom Marmerstein, the Rov of the Minchas Chinuch Shul in Manhattan, who serves as the Chaplain and Chairman of Medical Ethics of Hackensack and Valley Hospitals. TLS.

Very nice. Just curious, who makes such a vehicle? What is the make and model of the vehicle?
