Bike thief in Lakewood caught on Surveillance Video

A bike thief not happy with a bike he allegedly stole, rode over to a Yeshivah on Massachusetts Avenue last week to swap out the bike.

The thief can be seen in the video arriving on a bike, getting off it to steal another one, but then drops it for a better one and rides off.
