PHOTO of some of the Bike 4 Chai riders during a training session ahead of next weeks 135 mile trip from Lakewood to Camp Simcha. Over 20 bikers have already signed up to the challenge, in an effort to raise funds for Chai Lifeline’s Cancer patients. Among the riders are Psachya Skaist, a father of a Chai Lifeline patient, as well as Eliott Zaks, an executive at Madison Title Real Estate.
Last year’s trip, weathered by Dovid Egert, raised over $10,000 for Chai Lifeline Lakewood.
Additional details of the trip will be posted when they become available.
Way to go Sruli Fried and Yoeli Margolese 🙂
I would join. I’m an experienced runner. But they make you pay the 1,000 if you cant find a sponsor. I’m a good runner, but a bad shnnorer
#2. They are not running. They are biking.
Besides for the fact that they aren’t running, they absolutely do not make you pay to join. But, you DO have to raise a minimum of $3600 to bike with them. My husband joined and within 4 days of sending out emails with attached links to http://www.bike4chai.com donations started pouring in. Not so hard to be a shnorere after all.
