Rehabco Inc., the program administrators for the Lakewood Township Housing Rehabilitation Program, are seeking general contractors to bid on projects through the program. The housing rehabilitation projects include addressing all health, safety, and code violations throughout the home. All applicants are income qualified by Rehabco. Contractors who want to bid on projects MUST have proof of insurance, NJ Home Repair License, and NJ Business Registration Certificate.
