250 Shomer Shabbos families are in great need of a new Mikvah

We are on track to finish by Sukkos. Your donation will ensure that the mikvah is finished on time.

We have raised more than 3/4 of the $1.2 million needed but need your help to finish.

The current Mikvah is 2-3 miles away from the largest community in Phoenix. The Mikvah can not accommodate the community due to communal growth. There is also a great need for a new and beautiful Mikvah that will attract the many families that are exploring this Mitzvah for the first time.

By partnering with us your gift will

1. Build a beautiful new modern mikvah that will attract many new families to this great Mitzvah.

2. Make mikvah use for Friday night and Yom Tov within reach of the majority of the community.

3. Create a Jewish woman’s resource center to educate women on the various issue s that are unique to them such as women’s health, and shalom bayis.

Yes, your gift will undoubtedly encourage more families to start observing this mitzvah, but I think there is one more area of impact.

The simcha of the mitzva.

The Chasam Sofer in Parshas Pinchas says that the Simcha of a mitzva is even greater than the mitzvah itself and the reward for that simcha is even greater than the reward for the simcha itself.

In this case not only will your gift help increase the number of mikva users, it will increase the number of women that do this mitzva b’simcha.
