Baruch Dayan Ha’emes: We regret to inform you of the Petirah of R’ Moshe Kuessous Z’L, who was Niftar this evening in Deal, following a year-long illness. R’ Moshe, Z’L, who has several children in Lakewood, was the principal at the Shaarei Torah school for approximately 35 years.
Some of his children residing in Lakewood, are Eli, David, daughters Rach Nahem, Roni Sharabani, Daniel Sharabani and Moshe Wadisch. He is a brother of Armo of Brooklyn.
The Levaya will be taking place Wednesday morning at the Magen David Shul, 2017 67th Street in Brooklyn, at 10:30 a.m.

I had the zechut of being a neighbor of the Kuessous family in Deal for many years. I was a Shabbat guest on several occasions. R’Moshe z”l was a warm host whose Shabbat seuda was was filled with beautiful singing and divrei Torah. He was a ben torah through and through. May he be a meilitz yashar and may the Borei Olam be menahem his wonderful family. Amen
I am shocked and saddened by the untimely passing of Reb Moishe ben Luna – an adam godol me’od! He was a pe’er of a human being – dignified, elegant, refined, a prince of a person! Oy luh lesphina she’uvad kabernita! Reb Moishe is leaving behind his choshuver Rebbetzin shetichyeh, and a large family of beautiful children and grandchildren who follow in his holy footsteps. Reb Moishe be a mailitz yosher – we will miss your warmth and friendship.

Rabbi Kuessous a’h must have been a really special man to have raised such amazing children.
I was so sorry to hear about the petirah of your chashuva father, Rabbi Moshe Kuessous Z’L! I know your family for many years and I heard what a special person he was. I hope and pray that your whole family has a complete nechama and we should all see mashiach in our days very very soon!!! He will be missed by all!! Baruch Dayan Ha’emes!!!
Its already a few weeks since ur petira and we are still reliving and rethinking all o of ur divrei chizuk,divrei torah,the rav’s guidance. OY! What a loss. What we learned before and even more so after is how close u were to Hashem. We need to learn ur ways..
