Baruch Dayan Ha’emes: We regret to inform you of the Petirah of Hagaon Rav Shamshon Brodsky Zatzal, one of the few remaining Alter Mirers, who was Niftar this morning in Lakewood. Harav Shamshon Zatzal – the father of the Rosh Hayeshivah of Yeshivah Gedolah Of Toronto – was the Rav of Zichron Moshe in Flatbush.
Rav Shamshon Zatzal resided in Leisure Chateau in Lakewood for the last month and was rushed to Kimball Medical Center two days ago, where he was Niftar. He was 93.
The Rav has a son an many grandchildren in Lakewood.
The Levaya will be taking place at 6:30 PM at the Mir Yeshivah in Flatbush.

He was also the shver of Rabbi Pinchos Zuckerman of Detroit
