Police are investigating after Bachurim were hit by eggs thrown at them on Friday night, TLS has learned. In separate incidents, Bachurim walking at about 12AM in the area of Ridge Avenue and Nowlan, were hit by eggs thrown at them out of a car window, sources say.
The Bachurim were not seriously injured, but stopped into area residents after they were hit
The incidents are all pointing to the same vehicle at this time, possibly a Honda Civic. One of the car’s occupants are describes as a white male wearing a baseball cap.
Last year, TLS reported about several men who were arrested and charged with Bias Intimidation after throwing eggs at groups of Jewish residents walking on Shabbos. TLS-CCP.
what the heck is wrong with people? what kind of parents raise their children in ways that the children grow up to find humor in this? (assaulting strangers and staining their clothing)

Many people were out. SHABBOS starts late. Do the math. Davining can finish about 9:45 easy and then go to your host, eat the meal and then come back home or first go to a shalom zachor. Many husbands were also up that late coming from shalom zachors or learning.
So stop being a (moderated). These are very good bochrim. I know they came to my house.
To #2: Don’t be an idiot. Licht Benchen this past week was 8:07. Assume they did not make early Shabbos, davened and ate their Friday night Suedah and then went to a Sholom Zochor, being out at 12:00 AM is not unreasonable.
