  1. I plan to say Tehillim even without a name and I will ask Hashem to send this Bachur a quick recovery together with everyone else who needs a Refuah Shelaima.
Hashem knows that I don’t know his name, so this is my maximum
    Hishtadlus at the present moment.

  2. Yes, I know, maybe not the right forum, but maybe hishtadlus is an appropriate topic at this time. We don’t know if this particular boy was wearing a reflector however I rarely see one while driving through town at night. All the heads of schools should lecture the boys about protecting themselves

  3. Please once again the Raintree community begs Ocean County to please slow down the speed limit and add one traffic light between Lanes Mill/Brick and Ridge. There is not one light in this dense residential area, and there are numerous pedestrian accidents over the years. It’s not safe and there are insufficient safeguards and sidewalks. How do we move the needle on this before we see more tragedies?

  4. good morning fellow people ,I’m glad the boy is doing well thank g-d. can we ask the burning question of why there’s no side walk in that section of lanes mill?? or better yet how they approved a school to move in with no sidewalk at all??

  5. Also, like Chaim said, regarding reflectors. This area has not been a yeshiva or even a pedestrian area at ALL. And recently many yeshiva bochrim are popping out from the bushes hitchhiking or running across the street. Plus it is very dark in that exact stretch (i recognize where that is)
STOP BUILDING YESHIVOS IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE.
Traffic moves fast there, no one is expecting pedestrians there.
    Enough is enough.

  6. Yes reflectors would go a long way. Not hitching in dark clothes at night, not riding bikes scooters Segway or any other mode of transport in the dark. Not hitching in the dark or ever in a spot that is dangerous. Don’t teach the boys English but you could teach them basic safety.
