PHOTOS: An auto repair shop in Philadelphia used by Lakewood Car Dealer RN Taylor Motors, was completely destroyed by a Tornado yesterday, TLS has learned. The auto repair shop had several of Taylor’s cars in the shop at the time, RN Taylor Motors Owner Robert Taylor tells TLS, including a 1990 Mercedes and a Porsche Cayenne S, both which have a hefty price tag.
According to reports, the storm was packing winds up to 75 mph, was 100-feet wide, and traveled along a 300-foot path. Two people inside the shop at the time were injured, but none seriously. It was the first confirmed tornado to hit Philadelphia since 1999. In that tornado, 18 people were injured.
Pictured, is a 1990 M.B SL Roadster in the shop after the storm hit.
Lakewood resident Robert Taylor, the owner of RN Taylor Motors, has been in the business for over 25 years. TLS.

Wow. I wish him all the best. I recently purchased a car from him and have nothing but wonderful things to say. Truly a fine establishment. I wish he had a dealership in Lakewood as well, but it was well worth the trip to Philadelphia.
I just got off the phone with Rob Taylor and he told me ” anything that can be replaced with money is not a real loss” Rob , Hashem should help you with only good tidings.
The Taylor family is a true asset to Lakewood. I am proud to call them my friends. May Hashem replace your loss, Rob, and may you see His bounty in all that you do.
