UPDATED: Authorities Investigating Overnight Shooting

PHOTOS: Authorities this morning are investigating an shooting lkwd 6-26overnight shooting, police confirm to TLS.

Police say a man walked into to Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus during the night with a gunshot wound, reportedly stemming from a shooting which occurred outside of Lakewood.

Authorities were seen early this morning searching an area near the lake for evidence, and a vehicle parked in a driveway appeared to have a bullet hole in it.

The extent of injuries or further circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown at this time.
