Is it just me or did anyone notice the uptick in crime in lakewood?
These times are downright scary and it’s a miracle no one is killed

However , can we blame the landlord for brining these criminals into lakewood ?

Yes we can . The landlords can choose who they want as their tenants and instead of renting to law abiding citizens they rent to lowlives who commit these crimes and bring them more money
We have a housing shortage in lakewood and I fully blame these slumlords who bring these crooks here .

There’s nothing wrong with renting out your house to people who pay on time every month. If they weren’t paying they’d be evicted.

Check your definition of slumlord. If you are up-keeping the property properly and providing utilities, you are a business man, not a slumlord.
If a neighbor has a problem with the tenant of a neighboring rental home, that does not make the owner into a slumlord.

I don’t blame a landlord for a tenants crimes. Sorry mark. It’s the criminals fault. Not his landlords.
