R’ Chaim Francis learned in the Mesivta Heichal Hatorah of Long beach under the auspices of R’ Mottel Dick Shlit’a, and at Yeshivas Brisk in Eretz Yisroel.
Currently living in Lakewood, R’ Chaim is a member of Kollel Choshen Mishpat under Hagoen R’ Eliyahu Levin Shlit’a.
R’ Chaim began a Ribbis podcast several months ago upon the request of a businessmen in the real estate industry. The objective was to go through the basic Shailos that arise in a business setting, as well as the practical solutions.
